Release 0.5.0

Early planning stages, since 0.4.0 is still in development.

We're still discussing the target list for 0.5.0.
It's likely that some smaller features will land in 0.4.x releases.
Taking on all the list in one release would take 6-12 months, also because some internal redesigns are needed.

Candidates

• Option to delete files of deleted jobs
• Automatic cleanup of cache
• Template-based email notifications (so you can design your own emails)
• Scheduled enable/disable of Usenet servers
• Multi-language UI
• Run-as-Windows-service support
• On-the-fly par2 verification
• Add 7Zip support (possibly replacing unzip/unrar)
• On-the-fly skin change (no restart)
• Paging of the queue and history
• Extension of the API
• Ajax skin (think something like Google-mail)
• Upgrade to CherryPy3, allowing https for the Web-UI
• Reorganization of the configuration system
• Retry failed jobs in history
